We enjoyed this. I used butter instead of oil and just added pre-cooked bacon pieces instead of cooking the bacon. I also used about 1/2 teaspoon more curry than the recipe called for. Next time I would like to add some garlic and onion for additional flavour. Thanks for posting!

I love curry but I really didn't like the taste of the cabbage once it was finnished cooking. That's why I gave it a 3 stars. It tasted too much curry and needed something else to complement the curry. I added one corsely chopped onion, garlic, a single serving container of unsweetened apple sauce and some brown sugar. It was much better and I would make it again that way.

Great recipe!! I love curry so I increased the amount to 2 tablespoons -- spicy & delicous!! I also added salt & pepper. If you cut the cabbage into long strands... you end up with a spaghetti-like dish that you can twirl on a fork. I will absolutely make this again. Thanks for the idea!!!
