An easy keema curry using frozen diced hash brown potatoes, not authentic, but delicious.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- ground black pepper
- In a large skillet brown onions and ground beef.
- Stir in curry powder, salt and pepper and beef broth.
- Cook over low heat until broth is absorbed and potatoes are cooked.
- May add water if needed to cook potatoes.
