An easy keema curry using frozen diced hash brown potatoes, not authentic, but delicious.


  1. In a large skillet brown onions and ground beef.
  2. Stir in curry powder, salt and pepper and beef broth.
  3. Cook over low heat until broth is absorbed and potatoes are cooked.
  4. May add water if needed to cook potatoes.
