Not sure where I found this recipe -- I've had it for many years and thought I would share it. It is served as a chilled soup.

  1. In a blender, puree avocado, lime, garlic, mayo and curry powder. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in cream, broth, parsley, coriander, tabasco, and white pepper.
  2. Chill up to 3 days.
