  • combine the first 6 ingredients.
  • with an electric mixer add the oil and sugar until well mixed.
  • . with mixer on low , alternatly add the flour mix and rice milk a little at a time until blended.
  • chill the dough for 3 hours or over night.
  • preheat oven to 360.
  • dust your counter with flour.
  • knead the currents into the chilled dough and then form the dough in a 2- inc thick disc.
  • cut the disc into 8 wedges.
  • place on a parchment lined cokie sheet
  • bake until golden brown - about 30 mins.
