If you are trying to eat good but you are totally craving sweets, this will do the trick without the guilt.
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dark cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (1 packet)
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- Mix together until smooth. You can also mix this with some Natural Peanut Butter too. Enjoy!
