Cunnetto's Salad

"Cunnetto's is an Italian restaurant in St Louis on The Hill. It's an excellent place to dine and if you ever have the chance to go there...do so!"

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• Salad

• 3⁄4 lb leaves spinach
• 3⁄4 lb red leaf lettuce
• 1⁄4 cup pimentos, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1⁄2 cup crumbled bacon
• 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
• crouton, homemade if possible

• Dressing

• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 5 tablespoons sugar
• garlic powder
• pepper, to taste

directions

1. Toss all salad ingredients together.
2. Chill for 1/2 an hour.
3. Mix dressing and pour over salad at time of serving.
