Cumin Tartar Sauce

"Great with any fish dish. I found this in a recipe for Cumin-Lemon Seasoned Tuna Steaks."

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons mango chutney
• 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cumin seed, toasted

directions

1. Finely chop any large fruit pieces in the mango chutney.
2. In a small bowl combine chutney, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and cumin seeds.
3. Cover and chill until serving time.
