Great with any fish dish. I found this in a recipe for Cumin-Lemon Seasoned Tuna Steaks.
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed, toasted
- Finely chop any large fruit pieces in the mango chutney.
- In a small bowl combine chutney, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and cumin seeds.
- Cover and chill until serving time.
