Made these for dinner last night and family enjoyed them. Nice and easy.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 12 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small lemon, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  1. Quarter potatoes and parboil until just tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. In frying pan heat oil, add garlic and cumin stirring for about 1 minute add potatoes and stir to coat for 2- 3 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and stir until combined.
