Made these for dinner last night and family enjoyed them. Nice and easy.
- Quarter potatoes and parboil until just tender.
- In frying pan heat oil, add garlic and cumin stirring for about 1 minute add potatoes and stir to coat for 2- 3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and stir until combined.
These were good, light tasting crisp potatoes. I just thought that something was missing...
