Excellent! I loved the flavors of cumin and fruit. I should have made 2 for leftovers. I followed the recipe exactly with one exception, I used fig infused vinegar instead of the cider.

The marinade for the pork is excellent! I didn't have apricotes on hand so I didn't make the chutney.

This one great recipe. I was looking for a recipe to use up some dried apricots and this really fit the bill. Your instruction were very clear and the only change I made was to substitute craisins for the raisins. I only have one word for this recipe - KEEPER. Thanks, echo echo!

Fantastic! My husband keeps asking me to make it again. Very easy to make. Next time I will use a little less vinegar in the chutney...cause I'm a bit of a sweet-tooth. Honestly, I would give you 10 stars if I could. Had it with rocket, apple & parmesan salad and garlicy scalloped potatoes ..yum!
