Salmon with a southwest flare!


  1. Combine dry ingredients and rub evenly over both sides of salmon.
  2. Place salmon on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes when tested.

This produced a nicely seasoned fish, served with lemon slices on the side. Something I would do again. It was served with Lemon Glazed Carrots and Savory Herb Rice. Made for *PAC Spring 2009*
