From Real Simple. These are different!
- 1 1⁄2 lbs carrots, cut into 3-inch sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Place carrots a baking sheet. Add olive oil, spices and salt.
- Toss well to coat evenly. Roast in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
