  • Culture:

  • Mix ingredients and store in a quart sealer 3 days at room temperature before using.
  • Feed once a week (or whenever you use it) by adding 1/2 of the 3 ingredients.
  • Beat 1 cup of culture and oil.
  • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Mix.
  • Knead well.
  • Roll to 1 inch thick.
  • Cut in rounds.
  • Bake 400F 12-15 minutes.
