Culture (use 1 cup)
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk

Biscuits
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt

Culture:
- Mix ingredients and store in a quart sealer 3 days at room temperature before using.
- Feed once a week (or whenever you use it) by adding 1/2 of the 3 ingredients.
- Beat 1 cup of culture and oil.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Mix.
- Knead well.
- Roll to 1 inch thick.
- Cut in rounds.
- Bake 400F 12-15 minutes.
