This is a delicious condiment to use with practically any meat. It's from a Southwestern cookbook called "Seasoned With Sun" which I picked up from a booksale from Friends of the Library.

  1. Chop chiles and onions.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Cook together in large pot until thickened.
  4. Pour into jars and seal while hot.
