This recipe was the big hit of our birthday dinner. This take a little longer than recipes I have made in the past but it was worth it. Made for PAC Fall 2012.
Delicious...I love the fact that both the cucumber and onions were still crunchy but not overly like most recipe of this type...the boiling water tenderized them just enough...great flavor...thanks for posting it...=)
