Cucumbers in Sour Cream

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cucumbers (sliced thin)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
directions
- Mix first six ingredients together and pour over the combined cucumber and onion slices. Stir gently.
- Chill before serving.
