This is a great refreshing treat on a hot summer day!
- Peel skin from cucumber and slice to desired thickness.
- Arrange the sliced cucmbers into a single layer on a plate.
- Squeeze the juice from the lime over the cucumbers.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!

Wonderful, easy, quick, cool and refreshing! I picked about 30 cucumbers today. I started researching cucumber recipes and found this. It took me 2 minutes so I'm snacking and researching. I added 2-3 pinches of sugar and had no need to peel since our garden is organic. I think I will keep this dish in the fridge for the kids to snack on later. Yum! Thanks for sharing.
