This is a great refreshing treat on a hot summer day!

Directions

  1. Peel skin from cucumber and slice to desired thickness.
  2. Arrange the sliced cucmbers into a single layer on a plate.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the cucumbers.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!

Made for Summer, 2009 Comfort Cafe. I totally agree with Trinkets. This is really a good recipe. I'm not a huge cuke fan, but even I liked them made this way. Can't wait for hubby to try as he loves cucumbers. Thanks for sharing Miss Dawn Marie.

Wonderful, easy, quick, cool and refreshing! I picked about 30 cucumbers today. I started researching cucumber recipes and found this. It took me 2 minutes so I'm snacking and researching. I added 2-3 pinches of sugar and had no need to peel since our garden is organic. I think I will keep this dish in the fridge for the kids to snack on later. Yum! Thanks for sharing.
