This is really simple and works great with falafel or just on a salad.
- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- Just combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir. It's that simple!
