Serve over salmon or lamb. Nice on pita with sliced cucumber and hummus.
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, grated
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dill, minced (.25-.5 tsp if dried)
- Combine and refrigerate.
- Can be made 1 day in advance.
- Could add a little fresh mint or olive oil when ready to serve.
