Recipe by Mom of 2 Boys a Gi

A chef friend of mine gave this to me when I expressed how much I liked the cucumber sauce on the gyros we were eating.


  1. Peel and grate cucumber.
  2. Squeeze out excess juice.
  3. Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  4. Mix well and Cover.
  5. Place in refrigerator for a least 1 hour.
  6. I usually make this the night before so that all the flavors have a chance to meld.
