    Directions:

      Peel, seed and chop cucumbers fine (medium size are best). Make sure to remove all excess water. This process takes the longest. Strain as you chop, then place in container with several paper towels to absorb the water. Add mayonnaise and season to taste.

      Spread each slice of bread thinly with butter or mayonnaise before spreading with mixture.

      Cut accordingly.
