This is a really nice, refreshing salsa for those who don't like the heat usually found in salsa. I added a dash of salt and black pepper, and 2 cloves of minced garlic and it worked nicely. Thanks:) ~Manda

This was good, but not a make again for us. Was more like a chunky salad than a salsa for chip dipping.

I took this to a family reunion. It was the first thing to disappear from the bowl. Wonderful! Easy to make and so good! I served it with pita bread triangles.

I will definitely be making this again. It was a good way to use up the extra cucumbers from our garden. I made a few adjustments: I cut the recipe in half, added an extra tomato, added a chili pepper and used white wine vinegar instead of vinegar and sugar.
