Directions

  1. Halve and deseed cucumbers.
  2. Dice cucumbers and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Leave to drain 20-30 minutes.
  4. Rinse cucumbers, dry and place in a bowl.
  5. Mix in yoghurt then remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and chill 1-2 hours.
