Parve and easy cucumber salad
- 1 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to combine.
Couldn't be any quicker or easier to prepare. Tastes great too.
