ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
directions
- Mix dressing ingredients well.
- Add to cucumber slices and toss until mixed well.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Kind of tart and watery, I expected it to be watery anyway, and I used english cucumbers and left the skin on to hold back some of the moisture, the dressing tended to weep of the cukes. I added some granulated sugar and the taste was improved, next time I'll also add fresh dill. Thanks for submitting MIZZNEZZ!

This was good but was a little bland, I added a little fresh chives. Be sure you don\\\'t mix the dressing with the cucumbers until you are ready to serve. The bottom of the bowl was watery, I mixed it about 10 minutes before we ate, covered it and put it in the fridge. I had to add a little more salt.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
