Since there were 15 attending the last monthly group I hosted, I doubled this recipe & served it along with other finger foods! Afterwards I wished I'd made even more of 'em, because they were gone in no time & much enjoyed! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this fall's round of Pick A Chef]

  1. CUT cucumber into 12 slices.
  2. USE melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each.
  3. FILL with cream cheese spread; top with salmon and dill.
