      Thought this was a really easy yummy salad and everyone liked it. It actually reminds me a little of one I make but with more crunch, thanks for sharing! Made this for the Rail Riding Rowdies ZWT5.

      Nice change from my normal potato salad. Loved the hint of the basil. I did use fresh, as I thought 1 tbsp. dried would have been just a bit too much. Delicious. :)

      A NICE QUICK side dish here. I used plain yogurt, but other than that recipe was made as listed. Excellent flavors and taste. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

      This is a very good potato salad. I used green onions instead of onion. And did only half the recipe for me. I used reduced-fat mayonnaise, fat-free plain yogurt. Thanks BakinBaby. Made for 123 hit wonders

      Wonderful! I wondered what it would be like with the cucumber and I really enjoyed it this way. My family really liked it also. I halved the recipe, used fresh basil, and used more yogurt instead of adding mayo. Turned out great! Thanks! Made for 123Tag.

      A really delicious potato salad. I've often added chopped celery to a potato salad, but I don't recall having come across cucumber in a potato salad. I allowed the diced cucumber to drain in a small colander and also pressed down on it to release excess liquid before adding the cucumber to the potatoes and other ingredients. I'd strongly advise doing this. For the dressing, I used a 50/50 blend of mayonnaise and Greek yoghurt. The basil was great in this, as was the addition of paprika. I made this last night, and have just enjoyed some for lunch. Thank you for sharing this flavoursome and easy to prepare recipe, BakinBaby!
