This is a great sweet and tangy meal or snack, all in one!

This was good. I made half the recipe, used diced white onion and cucumber, and light ranch dressing. I prepared it the night before and took it to work for lunch. I'll probably make this again with red onion as stated. Thanks for the post.
- 1⁄2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1⁄2 cup sliced red onion
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons fat free ranch dressing (or your preference)
