I can't wait for the summer produce as I have really begun to enjoy smoothies. This came from Food Network magazine's booklet of 50 smoothies.

  1. Peel, seed and chop 2 medium cucumbers. Blend them with all the other ingredients until smooth.

This was really good! I knew I would want mine thicker, so I left out the half cup of water altogether. Next time I will add more lime juice. I used 4 tablespoons of sugar. This was made for the March Las Limas tag game in the Spain/Portugal forum.
