      Delicious!! I didn't add any sweetner at all & the cool, mellow flavor of the cuke is really all you need!! Super healthy & a wonderful alternative to plain water (but without all the sugar or artificial flavors) thanks for a great idea!!

      This is kind of refreshing without ice per preference. Maybe peeling the cucumber would be better. I used English cucumber which I didn't peel and it left bits floating in the top of the drink. Or maybe as another reviewer mentioned it would be better to strain through a coffee filter or cheese cloth placed inside a sieve. I used spring water & creamed honey. I'm sure this would taste best, ice cold.
