- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Soak cucumbers and onions in water, vinegar, and sugar overnight, then drain.
- Chop cucumbers and onions finely, drain again.
- Blend the cream cheese with the sour cream.
- Add cucumber and onion mix and chill until firm.
