Cucumber Dill Dip

ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 cucumbers, seeded, chopped
• 2 tablespoons green onions, Sliced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons fresh dill, Snipped
• 1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

directions

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
3. Cover; chill.

Nice combination of flavors. The hot pepper sauce gives just a hint of zing. This is addictive.
