a sweet and slighty tangy shake
- 1⁄2 crisp cucumber
- 1 cup of fruit on bottom yogurt (preferably Berry)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄3 banana (for sweetness and richer texture)
- 1⁄2 cup 2% low-fat milk
- Cut cucumber into rings and place in blender.
- Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
