This is light and refreshing, great for a light lunch or for an appetizer. Cook time is refrigeration time (2 hours) Enjoy!

These are delicious! I love the dill weed flavor along with the mustard. I did have a hard time rolling them tightly, but after the 3rd one, I realized I had purchased the wrong kind of ham. I had purchased the prepackaged ham and these slices seem to be to thick. Next time I will purchased the very thinly sliced deli ham. I believe this will make rolling them tightly easier. Once again these are delicious and would make a great presentation at a brunch, shower or tailgating! Thanks Leezah4! :)
