A nice refreshing british soup for summer.
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
- combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth.
- all seasonings to taste.
- chill one hour before serving. garnish with any left over cucumber slices.
