This is really a easy dinner to put together. I usually make it when I have things I need to do around the house. I put it in the oven, do my laundry, vaccum the house and when I'm done dinner is ready!!!
- Brown and season steak.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Pour rice over steak.
- Mix broth, consomme and water.
- Pour over steak and rice.
- Cover; cook about 1 hour at 400 degrees.
- Serve Hot.
It was an easy dish to prepare, but it really lacked any flavor. I was suprised at the out come. If I made it again I would change the hole recipe.
Made this for the Quick & Easy dinner, it wasnt bad, but just tasted like it was missing something? Not quite sure what, but I will try again, and "fix" it up myself. All in all, it was quick, it was easy, just needed a lil' something. Thanks for posting!
