Quick, simple and very healthy. I made this as written, only adding some minced garlic. It was very good, but I would have liked some more seasoning. I would probably add thyme, cayenne and/or cumin next time. Overall, it's a yummy and easy lowfat recipe. Thanx!
This really surprised me. With no added "sprinkle-on" seasoning, it just turned out PERFECT. The bell pepper and onion really do their job here! I used red pepper as that's all I had and that worked just fine. And talk about fast- I used leftover rice, canned black beans, and store bought diced ham. This was GREAT!! I will be making this often.My fiance said to give it 6 stars(he!he!) Made for The Groovy Gastrognomes for ZWT5.
