A yummy dressing for a summer salad.
- 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Mix all ingredients throughly with wire whisk. Serve at room temperature.

FAB-U-LOUS!!! I've been looking for this kind of dressing forever. Thank you so much for posting this. I'll never get tired of this. I prepared a salad with this dressing and shared it with the family. The next night, I let everyone have their pick of dressings and they all picked THIS ONE! I halved the recipe and it worked out great for us. I also took and extra clove of garlic and smacked it. Then I just let it float around so the flavor would be added without extra minced garlic added. Adding parm. cheese to the salad with this dressing is awesome too.
This ought to be made by more chefs. Like the proportions of ingredients.
