These were a hit, but the flavor of the honey was overwhelming. Next time I'll add some vanilla extract to round out the flavor a bit. Thanks!
Yummy! It took a few tries to master how long to let the almonds cool before using the "Sugar in the Raw", but these are super tasty!

Forgive the late review. Made these at Christmas for gifts. They were wonderful! Easy to make and looked great on the dessert plate.
These had an excellent flavour; I loved the taste, as did all my friends who tried them. My only problem was that very little sugar actually "stuck" to the almonds. I actually called them "almonds in snow" to account for the fact that they were sitting in a bed of the sugar, rather than having the sugar ON the almonds. Aside from that problem, I highly recommend these!
Oh heavens! These were so very easy and delicious. I'm having a hard time not eating them all before I package them up for gifts!
