Crusty Baked Potatoes

"A recipe from an Amish Cookbook entitled Cooking with the Horse and Buggy People II. I haven't tried yet, but looks simple and good"

• Yields: 6 potatoes

ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1⁄2 cup cracker crumb
• 1 teaspoon salt
• seasoning salt

directions

1. Wash potatoes and dry.
2. Roll in melted butter, then in crumbs.
3. Place in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours.
