Crustless Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Pie

"This is an adaptation I've made from another recipe on here. I ran out of strawberries and didn't have vanilla pudding mix on hand, so I changed it up."

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 236.59 ml frozen strawberries
• 283.49 g can unsweetened sliced peaches
• 28.34 g fat free sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix
• 2 (17.00 g) fat free sugar-free strawberry gelatin
• 473.18 ml water

directions

1. Spray pie pan with pam or non-stick spray.
2. Cut up fruit and place in pie pan evenly.
3. Add pudding mix and water to saucepan and bring to a boil. (You may need to whisk the pudding mix in.).
4. Once a boil has been reached, remove from heat and add two jello mixes.
5. Stir well.
6. Once cooled slightly, pour into pie pan.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
