  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in cheese, onions, salmon, dill, and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.

  1. Made this recipe many times - great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. Leftovers are good cold or hot. Tweaked it over and over with whatever is in the fridge: sometimes crab, bell peppers, chives or mushrooms. We did a comparison at a ladies' party between quiches with and without crust. They preferred crustless. Don't count the men out. They like it too!

  2. For how healthy this is...it really tastes good! It only serves four though, but still low in calories and fat.
