Adapted from a recipe I found on You can add whatever meats/veggies you want. This is great for breakfast, brunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix Bisquick, eggs, and evaporated milk.
  2. Add Leeks and Ham.
  3. Add Cheese.
  4. Add Spices to taste.
  5. Pour into a pan prepared with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes in a pie plate or 8x8 pan.
