1. The recipe works as written, but for me and my family's taste, it was too rich (can't believe I am saying that). I think I prefer a lighter, eggier texture and maybe not as much cheese. Always appreciate a new recipe to try, so thanks.

 2. This is Really GOOD! Easy to make and has a delicate texture. I put it in my favorites.

 3. I loved it. DH said it was OK. We should have had it for breakfast. It was perfect for a quiche. I added extra ham.

 4. Wonderful. I omitted the sour cream (didn't have any!) and added about 1/4 cup of half and half. Will definetly make again.

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
