Crustless Cranberry Nut Pie

This is a sweet/tart pie without crust. Extremely simple and delicious, this should ideally be served warm, with a scoop of ice cream melting on top.

Used some of the frozen cranberries that I always have around! Had the same situation as did the previous reviewer, but not to be concerned about it, I just more or less dropped small spoonfuls of the batter all over the top & that worked out just fine! Delicious with some frozen vanilla yogurt! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's round of Pick A Chef]
