This was pretty tasty. I made the topping for just 2 salmon steaks and this would easily cover 4 so our fish was a bit dry. It was tasty however. I will make this again with possibly different cheeses to try them out.
mmmLoved it!! Very easy and quick to make. I was out of green onion so I used chopped red onion and had no parmesan cheese so used old sharp white cheddar. I accidently grated too much cheddar so I sprinkled it on top of the dressing. Very good indeed but next time I will only put the crust on the top. Served with garlic mashed potato and steamed asparagus. :yummy: supper thanks !!
This is so good and so easy to make. I used one large filet. I only crusted the top part of the filet and left the skin uncrusted since we don't eat that anyway. This is a keeper and I will definately make it often. The presentation looks beautiful as well and this could easily be serrved to company.
