Wow, these were great. I even forgot to put on the season salt until 35 minutes into baking (I added it then) and these were great! Thanks!

My better half and I loved this simple dinner.... great with a side of mashed potatoes and veggies. I had to use a combination of crackers (that's all I had), seasoned to taste, and thin boneless chops (that's all I had)..... Very simple and tasted great!

I used the club crackers as recommended but found them a bit on the sweet side even though I added seasonings to them as well as the chops. My teen seemed to like them alright. I lined my pan with parchment paper and the bottoms were quite soggy in the end.

wow! my hubby sure loved these. I heard at least 3x from him how much he liked these and how he'd like to have them again. :) he also ate three helpings!! I liked them too, and think they'd be even better with some salt & pepper or creole seasoning or something to add some more flavor. I used reduced fat crackers and 2% milk, so that might be why I'm searching for more zing. still, this is a wonderful keeper that I plan on making again and again. thank you so much for sharing!

Very good! I lined my baking sheet with foil and oiled it lightly. I used Ritz crackers as that is what I had on hand, and Montreal Steak Seasoning. DH told me twice how good dinner was, that earns you an honorary 6th star! Thanks for sharing, Nick's Mom

These pork chops are outstanding. We loved them. The chops were very tender and well done. I soaked the pork chops in the milk for about six hours and turned them whenever I went to the refrigerator for something else.I used Ritz crackers because I couldn't find Keebler's Club Crackers, and added a few shakes of kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder instead of garlic salt, and a dash of sage to the crumbs. Will definitely make this recipe again. Thanks for posting. :) Burnice

I was looking for an alternative to fried pork chops and I tried this receipe; however, they stuck to my ungreased cookie sheet and was dry. I think the cookie sheet should be greased. Did not like them.
