      This was delicous. Mine turned golden after 15 minutes (I'm using convection oven).
      They were still lightly hard, but not too much.
      For those who need more browned one: simply increase time.
      Fro those who prefere softer ones: cover with a tin foil and bake some more minutes.

      I actually used this as a cream sauce to pour over the asparagus. I doubled the cream and used soy cream instead of dairy as well as vegan butter. This was DELICIOUS! A keeper!

      This was pretty good; I liked the parmesan cheese on it, but I still prefer Hollandaise! Thanks for sharing.

      Mine did not turn out crusted, but was very good. Also my wife prepared this dish so I don't know if she followed the directions 100%. Thanks for posting. Will make again.

      What a nice way to dress up asparagus! We think that asparagus is wonderful just steamed and served with cracked pepper, but this was a nice change of pace for us. The butter, cream and cheese didn't make the dish as heavy as one might expect...the vibrant flavor of the asparagus still shines through. Thanks for posting.
