- 453.59 g broccoli cole slaw
- 236.59 ml water chestnut, drained and sliced into thin strips
- 236.59 ml mandarin oranges, segments packed in water (and rinsed, if packed in juice) or 236.59 ml juice, drained and chopped (and rinsed, if packed in juice)
- 236.59 ml scallion, chopped
- 157.80 ml low-fat sesame ginger salad dressing (Newman's Own Lighten Up)
- 59.14 ml slivered almonds

- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together, and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Stir well before serving.
